Facade inspections are the most common call. Decorative brick and stone, cornices, parapets, and porch columns fail slowly and then all at once. We document the condition, define the repair scope, and re-inspect once the work is done. Load analysis follows on renovation work, where a rear wall opens up, a third floor gets finished, or a rooming house converts back to a single family with new framing and new loads.

Emergency response matters in this stock too. Aging framing, deferred maintenance, and vacant properties make fire and partial collapse a real risk, and the city wants an engineer on-site quickly when it happens.
